NOTE: We have 1 of these buildings in stock new and perfect. We have 2 other new buildings that were a little mishandled during shipping and we received deep discounts on them to sell at $5,000 below our $17,900 price! The main issue each has a small section of the floor that were broken during load out. We would recommend the entire floor to be reinforced after set up to give it a uniform look again. We also can recommend an inexpensive way to make the floor better looking than new when it is done. The other minor issues were one of the porcelain sinks got broke during handling and the other had a double pane glass broke inside but the outside pane is still there and intact or the glass could be replaced if you wish.
